Every townhome is a 4 bedroom, 4 bath or a 5 bedroom, 5 bath, so nobody shares a shower schedule, and every one has its own garage, so game day parking is handled before the season starts. Inside you get granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, an in-unit washer and dryer, walk-in closets, ceiling fans, and a balcony or patio.
